Dora Chen is a ceramic artist and French pastry chef creating sculptural ceramics, functional objects, and mixed media works. Trained at Emily Carr University of Art + Design and the Rhode Island School of Design, her practice explores memory, connection, and the unseen forces that shape relationships between people, objects, and place.
Through hand-built forms, wheel-thrown vessels, and experimental glaze surfaces, Dora transforms material reactions into quiet visual narratives of distance, intimacy, and change.
